Ben, As always - Thank you for your research and clear (although I will need to read this numerous times) prose explanation with cool pictures. No wonder my PCa treatment is so perplexing and makes me sleepy trying to know what to do, when to do it, and what recommendation to follow.
Thank you, Jeff! The screenwriter William Goldman said about Hollywood, "Nobody knows anything." Cancer's not quite as bad. We know some things. I hope the post shines a bit of light as you plan your path forward.
Hi Ben, When I was active in our business as literary agents, I used to quote that Goldman phase a lot. I also liked David Mamet's. "Writing is like sex. We all do it, but some of us do it better than others."
Well done, Ben. Fun, entertaining and informative. As you've shown us here, cancer is very complex and it's no wonder that even the best medical minds in the world can only make incremental progress over the years. Where would we be without scientists?
This explains why we don't have a single approach or path to interrupt transition to castration resistance. I look forward to a future discussion of epigenetic affects that lifestyle changes might have on microRNAs and methylation. We know that aromatization metabolizes testosterone to estrogen. What is estrogens role in this pathway.
Thank you, Jim!

Thank you, Len! And I share your high regard for scientists!
